Selling, Buying, or Both at the same time!

My family moved from Pittsburgh, PA to the Boston area in July 2013. My husband had just taken a job in Cambridge. We didn't know anyone in the area at all & had only visited the city twice. I don't know what we would have done without Patti's help. She taught us about the many different towns surrounding the city. Told us about the 'feel' of the different areas. She even showed us around some of the towns so we could see what they were like. We covered a lot of area too, because we had no idea where we wanted to go! We asked her soooo many questions over email & the phone, and she always answered us quickly. Also, she was very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience, Patti went about 50 "extra" miles, often literally. The house was being sold empty and with no one living in this 50+ year old house there were many times when a serviceman needed to be met and Patti was available for many of those. My impression was she understood the market very well adn also was clear about her thinking and made needed adjustments to the sales strategy when it became necessary. No drama, no problems, just a competent agent.

We chose to work with Patti after interviewing two other real estate agents. She was familiar with the area, very professional, friendly and personable. She deftly handled the differing opinions of multiple family members without making any of us feel as if she hadn't heard our concerns and would work to fulfill them to the best of her ability. We were all comfortable with her and the result was a speedy sale of our home at a price with which we were all happy. She also went above and beyond when after the sale was through we had forgotten a piece of equipment for cable that would have been embarrassing to knock on the door for and Patti was more than willing to help. I cannot recommend her more highly.

We moved from Pittsburgh the Boston area and had know idea where to even start looking for a house. My husband & I knew nothing about the area at all. Patti really helped us by teaching us about all the different areas & helping us find a place that was the right fit for us. Poor patti, I asked her a zillion questions & she was so helpful!

Patti was able to connect us with all the local people we needed (loan officers, lawyers, home inspectors, contractors) to complete the buying process as well as to narrow down the properties to see. She also worked odd hours to meet us for signing documents.

I can't say enough about Patti. She helped me sell my first house as I was going through a divorce. A bit of a sticky situation that she handles with grace. At this time she also helped me find a suitable home for my two children and myself.

Four years after purchasing the second home, I called Patti again to help sell it as I was remarrying and moving into my new husband's home. This was just last winter. We put the second home on the market in November 2010 and I signed to close on March 30,2011. Considering the market and the time of year, this was better than anyone could have expected. I credit Patti for this!!

We found Patti because she was the listing agent for a home we wanted to see and it was the best phone call we ever made. Patti knows the area we wanted to buy a home in and after a short discussion of our ideal home, Patti got right to work for us. She sent us listings that were exactly what we were looking for. She stayed in touch with us either via email or phone calls whenever we made an inquiry on a property. Once we found the home we wanted, which was a foreclosure, Patti let us know how the process was going on a daily basis.... including the day before her beautiful son was born. Although buying a foreclosed home is not an easy process, Patti helped us get through it like the professional she is and we cannot thank her enough. We highly recommend Patti to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

She was very responsive to my inquiries and made sure that any question I had was answered.
